Section 388-829C-170 - When can the companion home provider provide medication assistance?

A companion home provider may provide medication assistance under chapter 246-888 WAC if the client:

(1) Is able to put the medication into their mouth or apply or instill the medication; and

(2) Is aware that they are taking medication.
