Section 388-829A-140 - What training must be completed before becoming an alternative living provider?

Before DDD may issue an alternative living contract, the prospective provider must:

(1) Obtain CPR/first-aid certification;

(2) Successfully complete bloodborne pathogens training with HIV/Aids information; and

(3) Receive contract orientation and client specific training from DDD.
