Section 388-829A-120 - What values must alternative living providers focus on when implementing the ISP?

The alternative living provider must focus on the following values when implementing the ISP:

(1) Health and safety;

(2) Personal power and choice;

(3) Competence and self-reliance;

(4) Positive recognition by self and others;

(5) Positive relationships; and

(6) Integration in the physical and social life of the community.
