Section 388-829A-320 - What are the client's rights if DDD denies, or terminates an alternative living services contract?

If DDD denies, or terminates an alternative living services contract, the client has the right to an administrative hearing to appeal the decision, per chapter 388-02 WAC and WAC 388-825-120.
