Section 388-829-0001 - What is the purpose of this chapter?

The purpose of this chapter is to describe the :

(1) Training requirements that apply to the developmental disabilities administration's (DDA's) community residential providers beginning on January 1, 2016;

(2) Approval process and other requirements for instructors; and

(3) Approval process and other requirements for curricula.
