Section 388-828-7020 - What components contained in the service level assessment determine a service level or number of hours?

The service level assessment contains two components that are used to determine a service level or number of hours for the following:

(1) The CARE assessment for medicaid personal care services or community first choice as defined in chapter 388-106 WAC; and

(2) The DDA seizure acuity scale as defined in WAC 388-828-7040 through 388-828-7080.
