Section 388-828-9140 - How does DDA determine the amount of your individual and family service award?

DDA uses the following table to determine the amount of your individual and family services award:

61 to 240	Level 1	$1,200
241 to 336	Level 2	$1,800
337 to 527	Level 3	$2,400
528 or more	Level 4	$3,600
