Section 388-828-1460 - When will you receive a DDA assessment? DDA must administer a DDA assessment when:
(1) You are receiving a DDA paid service and your annual reassessment is due for continuation of the DDA paid service; (2) You are receiving a DDA paid service and a reassessment is needed due to a significant change that may affect your support needs;(3) You are receiving SSP in lieu of a DDA paid service and your eligibility for SSP needs to be redetermined per WAC 388-827-0120;(4) You are approved for funding of a DDA paid service and an assessment must be performed prior to the authorization of services;(5) You make a request to have a DDA assessment administered and meet the criteria in WAC 388-828-1100; or(6) You are contacted by DDA and offered an opportunity to have a DDA assessment.Wash.
