Section 388-826-0230 - When may a client age eighteen or older continue to receive out-of-home services?

A client age eighteen or older may continue receiving out-of-home services if the client is:

(1) Under the age of twenty-one;
(2) Receiving out-of-home services the day before their eighteenth birthday; and
(3) Pursuing a high school or equivalency course of study (GED/HSEC) or vocational program.
