Section 388-826-0130 - How does the department determine the rate to support a client in a child foster home?
(1) The department determines the rate that is paid to support a client in a child foster home by conducting a child foster home rate assessment.
(2) DDA conducts the child foster home rate assessment with the child foster home provider before out-of-home services begin.
