Section 388-826-0019 - When must out-of-home services be terminated?(1) Out-of-home services may be terminated if the client is receiving services in a hospital, nursing facility, intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, or other institution for thirty consecutive days or longer.(2) Out-of-home services must be terminated if:(a) The client's parent or legal guardian terminates services; or(b) The client is over eighteen and terminates services.Wash.
