Out-of-home services are administered by the developmental disabilities administration (DDA) through a person-centered service plan to provide residential habilitation services for a child in a qualified setting outside of the child's home that is agreed to by the child's parent or legal guardian. Out-of-home services do not include educational services or care that is provided by other paid supports.
