Section 388-825-084 - What are the limits of state-only funded services or programs?

In addition to any limits for state-only funded services or programs that are contained in the program-specific rules, the following limits apply:

(1) All state-only funded services are limited to available funding; and
(2) Adult day care is available only to a client who is currently receiving the service.
