Section 388-825-635 - Who pays for the background check?

(1) DDA pays for background checks for individuals seeking to provide services to clients of DDA, if processed through the DSHS background check central unit (BCCU).

(2) DDA pays for fingerprint services if the fingerprinting entity is contracted with BCCU.
