Section 388-823-1090 - If I am already eligible, how do these new rules affect me?

If you are an eligible DDA client on the effective date of these rules, you continue to be an eligible DDA client but you are subject to the expiration and required eligibility reviews per WAC 388-823-1000 through 388-823-1030.
