Section 388-818-0250 - What are the conditions for loaning telecommunications equipment?
(1) When loaning telecommunications equipment, ODHH must ensure that the client understands that the equipment remains the sole property of Washington state.
(2) A client, or the client's parent/legal guardian is liable for any damage to or loss of telecommunications equipment issued by TAS.
