Section 388-14A-3900 - Does DCS review my support order to see if it should be modified?(1) When the division of child support (DCS) is providing support enforcement services under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, DCS must: (a) Review a superior court or administrative order for child support to determine whether DCS will petition to modify the child support provisions of the order; or(b) Evaluate an intergovernmental case to determine whether to refer the case to an Indian tribe or another state or country for review of the support order for modification.(2) Recipients of payment services only under WAC 388-14A-2000(1) are not eligible for a review of their support order under this section until they have submitted an application for support enforcement services.(3) DCS reviews a child support order for the limited purpose of referring the order to the appropriate tribunal to add abatement language under WAC 388-14A-3940.Wash.
