Section 388-148-1325 - How is a license issued and where is it kept?(1) We will issue a foster family license for the name and address shown on your application when requirements have been met. If you move, we must visit your new home to determine whether you continue to meet licensing requirements. Your license cannot be transferred to someone else.(2) Your license is issued for a three-year period.(3) You must keep your foster family license at your home available for viewing if requested.Wash.
