Section 388-147-1405 - May I share information about the child with the foster parents?(1) You must give foster parents any information that may be shared about the child and the child's family. Sharing information about behavioral and emotional challenges is especially important. This helps foster parents make an informed decision about whether or not to accept a child in their home and provides for safety and supervision of the child(ren).(2) You must inform the foster parents that this information is confidential and cannot be shared with persons who are not involved with the care of the child.(3) You must document in the child's file that you have shared this information at the time of placement.Wash.
