Section 388-145-1470 - Can one staff person have different responsibilities?(1) The same person may have multiple staff roles and responsibilities as long as they meet the staff qualifications for each position and you maintain the required staffing ratios.(2) The executive director/administrator may: (a) Serve as the program manager when qualified for both positions; and(b) Serve as direct care staff when the role does not interfere with the director's management and supervisory responsibilities.Wash.
