Section 388-145-1370 - Do I have to admit or retain all children?(1) You have the right to refuse to admit or retain a child in a program. The exceptions to this requirement are the individual programs that have contracts that specify a child cannot be denied admission.(2) A joint decision may be made by the provider, the agency placing the child, and us to serve the child elsewhere, for the health and safety of the child or others.Wash.
