Section 388-145-1655 - Is smoking permitted around children?(1) You must not allow smoking in the living space of your facility or motor vehicles while transporting children.(2) You may permit adults to smoke outdoors away from children in accordance with RCW 70.160.075.(3) These rules do not apply to traditional or spiritual Native American or religious ceremonies involving the use of tobacco.Wash.
