Section 388-145-1640 - Am I required to keep first aid supplies?(1) You must keep adequate first-aid supplies and medications recommended by a child's physician, on hand for immediate use. The following first aid supplies must be available to staff at all times: (a) Protective non-latex gloves;(f) Non-breakable and mercury-free thermometer.Wash. Admin. Code § 388-145-1640
