Section 388-145-1985 - Who is eligible to attend my day treatment program?(1) Day treatment is for children who are unable to adjust to school programs due to disruptive behavior, family stress, learning disabilities or other serious emotional disabilities; and/or(2) Have intensive needs, which cannot be adequately met through out-patient community mental health services.Wash.
