Section 388-145-1825 - What must I do following an incident that involved using physical restraint?(1) Your executive director or program supervisor must: (a) Review any incident with the staff who used physical restraint to ensure that the decision to use physical restraint and its application were appropriate; and(b) Report the incident if it meets the criteria listed in WAC 388-145-1535.Wash.
