Section 388-145-1950 - How is a youth transferred from one type of CRC to another?(1) After deciding that a youth needs to be transferred from one type of CRC to another, you must take the following steps: (a) Obtain the department's agreement with the transfer decision;(b) Communicate with the CRC where the youth is being relocated;(c) Make sure that space for the youth is available to support the transfer;(d) Assure mutual agreement with the transfer decision; and(e) Document all communication related to the transfer into the youth's file.(2) You must also establish and maintain transfer procedures.Wash.
