Section 388-877-0708 - Outpatient services-Family therapy mental health services(1) Family therapy mental health services are services provided for the direct benefit of an individual, with either family members, or other relevant persons, or both, in attendance, with the consent of the individual.(2) Interventions must identify and build competencies to strengthen family functioning in relationship to the individual's identified goals. The individual may or may not be present.(3) An agency certified to provide family therapy mental health services must meet the behavioral health agency licensure, certification, administration, personnel, and clinical requirements in WAC 388-877-0300 through 388-877-0680.Wash.
