Section 388-877-1112 - Residential substance use disorder treatment services-Recovery house(1) Recovery house services are substance use disorder residential treatment services that provide a program of care and treatment with social, vocational, and recreational activities to aid in individual adjustment to abstinence, relapse prevention, recovery skills development, and to aid in job training, employment, or participating in other types of community services.(2) In addition to meeting the behavioral health agency licensure, certification, administration, personnel, and clinical requirements in WAC 388-877-0300 through 388-877-0680 and the residential treatment services requirements in WAC 388-877-1108, an agency certified to provide recovery house services must: (a) Provide no less than five hours per week of treatment services in line with ASAM level 3.1;(b) Progress notes should include the date, time, duration, participant names, and a brief summary of the session and the name of the staff member who provided it; and(c) Conduct and document an individual service plan review at least monthly.Wash.
