Section 388-97-4300 - Licensed bed capacity

A nursing home must not be licensed for a capacity that exceeds the number of beds permitted under:

(1) This chapter;

(2)Chapter 70.38 RCW and regulations thereunder; or

(3) Applicable local zoning, building or other such regulations.
