Section 388-97-1100 - Dietary servicesThe nursing home must:
(1) Provide each resident with a nourishing, palatable, well-balanced diet that meets their daily nutritional and special dietary needs.(2) Serve food in an attractive manner and at temperatures safe and acceptable to each resident.(3) Ensure that food service is in compliance with chapter 246-215 WAC.(4) Retain dated menus, dated records of foods received, a record of the number of meals served, and standardized recipes for at least three months for department review as necessary.Wash.
