Section 388-96-530 - What will be allowable compensation for owners, relatives, licensed administrator, assistant administrator, and/or administrator-in-training?Subject to any applicable cost center limit established by chapter 74.46 RCW, total allowable compensation shall be:
(1) As provided in the employment contract, including benefits, whether such contract is written, verbal, or inferred from the acts of the parties; or(2) In the absence of a contract, gross salary or wages excluding payroll taxes and benefits made available to all employees, e.g., health insurance.Wash.
