Section 388-96-119 - Reports - False information(1) If a contractor knowingly or with reason to know files a report containing false information, such action constitutes good cause for termination of its contract with the department.(2) In accordance with RCW 74.46.531, the department will make adjustments to payment rates because a false report was filed.(3) Contractors filing false reports may be referred for prosecution under applicable statutes.Wash.
