Section 388-78A-2206 - Respite - Assessment

The boarding home must ensure that any individual on respite has assessments performed, where needed, and if the assessment of the individual shows symptoms of:

(1) Tuberculosis, follow required tuberculosis testing requirements; and
(2) Other infectious conditions or diseases, follow the appropriate infection control processes.
