Section 388-76-10145 - Qualifications-Licensed nurse as provider, entity representative, or resident managerThe adult family home must ensure that a licensed nurse who is a provider, entity representative, or resident manager:
(1) Meets the relevant qualifications for their role listed in WAC 388-76-10130; and(2) Has a current valid cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) card or certificate as required in chapter 388-112A WAC.Wash. Admin. Code § 388-76-10145
