Section 388-76-10760 - Site

The adult family home must ensure the home:

(1) Is on a well drained site free from:

(a) Hazardous conditions;

(b) Excessive noise;

(c) Dust; and

(d) Smoke or odors.

(2) Has a road accessible at all times to emergency vehicles.
