Section 388-76-10735 - Kitchen facilities

(1) The adult family home must ensure the kitchen facilities include adequate space for:

(a) Food handling;

(b) Preparation; and

(c) Food storage.

(2) The home must keep the kitchen and equipment in a clean and sanitary manner.
