Section 388-76-10370 - Negotiated care plan - Persons involved in developmentThe adult family home must involve the following people in developing the negotiated care plan:
(1) The resident, to the greatest extent he or she can participate;(2) The resident's family, if approved by the resident;(3) The resident's representative, if the resident has a representative;(4) Professionals involved in the care of the resident;(5) Other individuals the resident wants included; and(6) The department case manager, if the resident is receiving care and services paid for by the department.Wash.
