Section 388-76-10210 - Resident relocation due to closure

When an adult family home chooses to voluntarily close, the home must:

(1) Notify the following in writing of the closure at least thirty days before the home closes:

(a) The department;

(b) Each resident; and

(c) Each resident's representative.

(2) Develop, organize, and carry out a discharge plan that meets the needs of each resident.
