Section 388-71-05415 - When will the department deny payment to the home care agency?

The department will deny payment to the home care agency for services provided to a department client by an agency provider that it employs who:

(1) Does not meet the qualifications in WAC 388-71-0510; or

(2) Is a family member of the client served, except as provided by 74.39A.326.
