Section 388-112A-0410 - What specialty training is required if a resident has more than one special need?(1) If a resident has needs in more than one of the special needs areas, the adult family home, enhanced services facility, or assisted living facility must determine which of the specialty training classes will most appropriately address the overall needs of the resident and ensure that the appropriate specialty training class is completed as required.(2) If additional training beyond the specialty training class is needed to meet all of the resident's needs, the adult family home, enhanced services facility, or assisted living facility must ensure that additional training is completed.Wash.
