Section 388-112A-0020 - What are the purposes of this chapter? The purposes of this chapter are to describe the following:
(1) Training and certification requirements that apply to adult family homes and assisted living facilities on or before January 6, 2012;(2) Training and certification requirements that apply to adult family homes and assisted living facilities on or after January 7, 2012;(3) Training and certification requirements that apply to enhanced services facilities on or after January 1, 2016; and(4) Curricula and instructor requirements.Wash.
