Section 388-112A-1000 - Which trainings require department approval of the curriculum and instructor?(1) Except for facility orientation training under WAC 388-112A-0200(1), the department must preapprove the curriculum, including delivery mode, and instructors for all training required under this chapter.(2) The following trainings must use only DSHS curriculum: (a) Nurse delegation core and specialized diabetes nurse delegation training;(b) Adult family home administrator training; and(c) Developmental disabilities specialty training.(3) The department's approval will be based on curriculum review as described in WAC 388-112A-1010.(4) The department will approve adult family home, enhanced services facilities, and assisted living facility training programs and instructors for orientation and safety training under WAC 388-112A-0200(2) and 388-112A-0220 when the home is licensed.
