Section 388-107-0180 - Self-determination and participation rights Except where the right conflicts with the resident's person-centered service plan or when it endangers the health or safety of the resident, other residents, or members of the community, each resident has the right to:
(1) Choose activities, schedules, and health care consistent with his or her interests, assessments, and person-centered service plan;(2) Interact with members of the community both inside and outside the enhanced services facility;(3) Make choices about aspects of his or her life in the facility that are significant to the resident; and(4) Participate in social, religious, and community activities that do not interfere with the rights of other residents in the enhanced services facility.Wash.
