Section 388-107-1590 - Emergency response teams(1) The enhanced services facility must have a plan in place to address emergency responses to behavioral crisis in order to protect the residents, staff and community.(2) The enhanced services facility must develop a policy of emergency response notification, including after-hours notification. Subjects of notification may include: (b) Chemical dependency or mental health professional;(c) Emergency medical personnel;(d) Program administrator and supervisor;(e) Resident's case manager; and(f) Facility treatment team.Wash.
