Section 388-107-0270 - Providing care and services

The enhanced services facility must ensure that all staff, including management, provides care and services consistent with:

(1) Empowering each resident to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, self-care and independence;

(2) Respecting resident rights; and

(3) Enhancing each resident's quality of life.
