Section 388-107-0540 - Tuberculosis (TB)-Test records The enhanced services facility must:
(1) Keep the records of TB test results, reports of chest radiograph findings, and any physician or health care provider orders in the enhanced services facility;(2) Make the records readily available to the appropriate health provider and licensing agency;(3) Retain the records for at least two years after the date the staff either quits, is terminated, or released; and(4) Provide the staff with a copy of his/her test results.Wash.
