Section 388-107-0770 - Environment of care The enhanced services facility must ensure that:
(1) The facility is designed to provide safety and security appropriate for the specific type of service or program provided as well as the age level, acuity, and risk of the residents served for geriatric, acute psychiatric, or forensic residents; and(2) All rooms with lockable doors, including but not limited to resident sleeping rooms and bathrooms, have a readily accessible means of rapid access for appropriate staff.Wash.
