Section 388-106-1105 - How do I apply for SCSA-funded services? To receive SCSA-funded services, you or your representative must:
(1) Complete and submit a department application form, providing complete and accurate information; and(2) Promptly submit a written report of any changes in income or resources. For the definition of income and resources, refer to chapter 182-509 WAC.Wash. Admin. Code § 388-106-1105
