Section 388-106-0342 - How do I remain eligible for residential support waiver services?(1) In order to remain eligible for residential support waiver services, you must be in need of services as determined through a CARE assessment and as determined by the department. Your CARE assessment must show your need for the level of care provided in a nursing facility, as defined in WAC 388-106-0355(1). The assessment in CARE must be completed at least annually or more often when there are significant changes in your functional or financial circumstances.(2) When eligibility statutes, regulations and/or rules for the residential support waiver change, irrespective of whether your functional or financial circumstances have changed, if you do not meet the changed eligibility requirements, the department will terminate your Residential Support services.Wash.
