Section 388-106-0320 - How do I remain eligible for COPES?(1) In order to remain eligible for COPES, you must be in need of services in accordance with WAC 388-106-0310 as determined through a CARE assessment. The assessment in CARE must be at least annually or more often when there are significant changes in your functional or financial circumstances.(2) When eligibility statutes, regulations, and/or rules for COPES change, irrespective of whether your functional or financial circumstances have changed, if you do not meet the changed eligibility requirements, the department will terminate your COPES services.Wash.
